EHO (Environmental Health Officer). Where producing products
containing ingredients of animal origin you require and EU
Identification code that is gained through an additional approval
process. The approval process involves and audit of your facility and
your process. If you don not hold the correct documentation and
records you may not receive approval. No approval means you cannot
legally produce and sell your product. No approval means you have no
business.
